In my own experience, I consider music as my remedy. It gives me strength when I feel so depressed. Sometimes, I must admit, music makes me feel that there is someone who understands what I feel. It gives me the feeling of peace and relaxation. When I listen to music, I usually start to be in my own little world. Music helps me in every big positive way.
